• Oversaw six electoral divisions — 250+ polling places and ~25% of NSW's total ballot count.
• Recruited and vetted a 5,000-person workforce from 50,000+ applications.
• Established the AEC's first Data & Statistics Team and delivered Australia's first 100% electronic voting system (Cook By-Election 2024).
